We are pleased to confirm that our Liberal Democrat candidate in the upcoming General Election on 4th July is Helen Tamblyn-Saville.

Helen’s priorities for Bassetlaw include:

– Better access to GP and dental services
– A cleaner, greener Bassetlaw with action on flooding, and an end to sewage dumping in our rivers
– Tackling the cost of living crisis.

Helen says: “I am delighted to have been selected as the Liberal Democrat candidate for Bassetlaw. We need an MP that will stand up for Bassetlaw in Westminster. The Conservative government have failed to tackle the cost of living crisis, and Labour are showing a lack of ambition. More than ever, we need to bring compassion and fairness back into politics.”
